Instructions for requesting Cure in China account deletion, case data deletion, and data export review.
How to request deletion
Open the Cure in China app, go to Account, log in with the email associated with your planning cases, and select Delete account request.
What deletion means
Deletion requests cover account and related case data where legally and operationally possible. Limited records may be retained for payment, fraud prevention, security, legal, tax, audit, dispute, and backup reasons.
Email alternative
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account email address and include a data deletion or data export request in the subject line.
Service boundaries
- Cure in China is not a hospital, clinician, insurer, visa advisor, emergency service, or regulated medical device.
- Public profiles are for non-emergency planning only and must be confirmed through the official provider before travel.
- Planning guides do not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment decisions, appointment guarantees, insurance guarantees, or visa guarantees.
